Ursula Nkeng

Ms. Nkeng Ursula is the senior Director of Finance and Programs at the Environment and Rural Development Foundation, (ERuDeF) Buea. Graduate in Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Banking & Finance with a composite minor in Management, Accounting and Economics, former Account relationship officer at Tole Tea Cooperative Credit Union Buea October 2007-June 2008. In July 2008 she was recruited as the Director of Finance & Budget in ERuDeF. In September 2010 she underwent a two weeks training and was awarded the Certificate on Individual lending, Customer service, Human resource management and Audit/ control organized by School of Africa Microfinance in Kenya. She also hold a Certificate on the Ethics and Dynamics in Fundraising organize by ERuDeF Institute Buea, and the best staff for the year by ERuDeF. In 2014 Ursula was promoted as the Director of Finance still present date.

Blaise Jumbam (Msc)

Mr. JUMBAM Blaise is the Acting Deputy Executive Director and Director of Agroforestry and Agricultural Development at the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF), Buea. Being a former tropical forest botanist at the Korup Forest Dynamics Plot and consultant in the same field for over 5 years, he has extensive knowledge and experience in tropical forest dynamics and plant taxonomy both of forest and agricultural plants. Blaise’s non‐profit affiliation over the past 2 years, including serving as an intern at ERuDeF/Buea, have been wholly focused on agroforestry development, community development and environmental conservation in the Bamenda Highlands of Cameroon. Mr JUMBAM Blaise is a holder of a BSc in Botany from the University of Buea-Cameroon. He is holder of a MSc in Botany from the University of Buea with specialization in agricultural crop yield and climate change. Blaise is in his early career and works hard to contribute in the conservation of wildlife in the Western Cameroon Highlands through the development of healthy farming systems.

Mr. Njom Ignatius Nji is the director of the Department of Livelihood and Economic Development at the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF). A former branch manager of BAsic Finance SA Limbe, Customer Relation Officer at Ecobank Cameroun SA Limbe branch etc. He has extensive knowledge of and 10 years experience banking and financial management.  Undergone intensive training in project Management, Evaluation and project appraisal.  My non‐profit affiliations over the past 5 years, including serving as a member of the Senior Management Team at ERuDeF, I have been wholly focused on conservation, community development and Sustainable Livelihood in rural areas in Cameroon.

Akeh Nug (Msc)

Ms. Aguh Akeh Nug, the Acting Director of the ERuDeF Institute who doubles as the First Deputy Director in charge of Teaching and Curriculum Development at the ERuDeF Institute is an Environment and Natural Resources Manager (MSc) from the University of Buea who has served with ERuDeF for 2 years 3 months.  Starting as the Manager for Education for Sustainable Development she has moved up the professional ladder due to excellence in service to the Acting Director of the ERuDeF Institute and currently a member of the Senior Management Team in ERuDeF. In her strive to protect and manage natural resources properly she is a proud participant of the IERC Workshop on “Science and Technical Training for Water Quality Monitoring and Management of Sustainable Water Resources, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology South Korea in collaboration with Special Unit of South-South Cooperation, UNDP.
She has been a teacher for English as a Foreign Language at BabyFace English, Deyang in the Sichuan Province of China.
As a young undergraduate in Environmental Science she served with civil society organisations for close to 8 year as an environmentalist protecting the environment with the Organisation for Rural Development and Environmental Protection (ORDEP) and the Livelihood NGO.
