Allen Tabi Enokenwa

Manager of Biodiversity Management Programme

Enokenwa Allen Tabi is the Manger of Biodiversity Management Programme for the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF). He also holds the position of the Regional Administrator of ERuDeF Menji Field Office. He has five years’ experience in wildlife conservation, particularly in the conservation of Cross River gorilla and Nigerian-Cameroon chimpanzee in the Lebialem Highlands Conservation Complex in the South West Region, Cameroon. He has been involved in the creation of the Tofala Hill Wildlife Sanctuary and the proposed Mak-Betchou Wildlife Sanctuary.

Enokenwa Allen Tabi holds a Master Degree in Ecology and Wildlife Management from the University of Dschang. His aspiration is to become a successful leader in the world of wildlife conservation.

Prudence Payong Tionou Marquise

Coordinator of West and Littoral Region Agroforestry Program

Payong Tionou Marquise Prudence is a holder of the BCs in Geography from the University of Buea Cameroon. She is the present coordinator of West and Littoral Region Agroforestry Program at the Environment and Rural Development Foundation, ERuDeF. Payong started in ERuDeF as an intern, then a volunteer receiving training on agroforestry practices and techniques, and then assisting in all agroforestry activities implemented in different communities of interest. Payong have extensive knowledge and 6 years of working experience in agroforestry practices and agriculture. she have been focusing on sustainable agricultural practices, including community sensitization, training workshops, socio economic surveys in communities, monitor and evaluate project successes, produce technical, financial reports and budget of activities. She also contributes newsletter articles for the Green Vision Newspaper. She is a good facilitator of trainings and able to persuade communities to implement sustainable agricultural practices and improving on their livelihood. It is due to her close collaboration with the communities that for the pass 6 year she was able to plant over 2 million trees of agroforestry species, fruit trees, NTFPs and Timber species in different communities of interest.

Samuel Ngueping

Manager of ERuDeF Education for Sustainable Development Programme

Ngueping Samuel has a BSc. in Botany and plant physiology from University of Buea and an MSc. in Protected areas Management from the University of Yaounde I. He has contributed for the follow up of the implementation of Campo-Ma’an National Park management plan during an internship supported by the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife in 2010 for 3 Months. He has researched for the management of human-elephant conflict within the Mount Cameroon National Park for over one year (2012 to 2013). He has worked at the ERuDeF institute of Biodiversity and Non-profit Studies from September 2013 to 1 September 2015 in different capacities namely: program development officer, Coordinator, Registrar and deputy Director. From September 2015 till date, he is the Manager of ERuDeF Education for Sustainable Development Programme based in Lebialem Division.

Vivian Jingwa Ajuah

Budget Officer

Ajuah Vivian Jingwa is the Budget officer at the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF), Buea; She has a BSc in Economics at the University of Buea. Ajuah Vivian started her professional experience as an intern in Royal investment Credit Bafoussam for 3Months as an accountant in 2009 and in 2010 she was the Marketing officer in CFA (Charter Financial Assistant) and in 2012 she enrolled into the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) as Budget Officer still presents date.
