The president/CEO of the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) informs the general public that in order to consolidate and expand its programs nation-wide, ERuDeF is seeking to recruit a dynamic, ambitious and a visionary candidate to fill the position of a Business Marketing Specialist in its office in Buea.
The prospective candidate should have the following profile:
Master’s degree in Marketing ,Master in Business Administration(MBA) or related field of study, with a minimum two (2) years of working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales. OR
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field, with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales.
Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential.
Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often juggling several projects at once.
Knowledge of monitoring and analyzing market trends.
Capable of exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
Must have a strong communication, sales and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members.
Should be able to identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them
Should also have strong budgeting, internet and computer skills.
Capable of working and staying in rural areas for long periods.
Should be perfectly bilingual.
