The President of the South West Civil Society Organisations Network (SWECSON) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of the Assistant to the President of SWECSON. The ideal candidate should hold a 1st degree in any field, a diploma in human resources management, experience in the non-profit and/or business world and proof of some leadership experience. Other qualifying criteria include ability to write competitive grants, work under stressful conditions in a 45-hour working week. Interested candidates should be willing to undergo a further training in non-profit development and fundraising. Application files should include a motivation letter, copies of relevant diplomas, attestation of relevant experience and a referee statement.
