- It sought to strengthen the capacity of the communities of Lewoh and Magha-Bamumbu in the development and implementation of the current ABS Project in the area
- It also sought to increase the knowledge base of ABS in Cameroon
- It additionally helped to strengthen the process of elaboration of the national ABS Policy and Law in Cameroon
