The Coordinator for Livelihood and Gender Programmes is Mr. Mbah Rene Akum, holder of a Bsc in Gender Studies and Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Buea. According to ERuDeF’s Human Resources Management Officer, Miss Magdalene Ndi, as the Organisation expands beyond the country, there is an inevitable need for an increase in human resource personnel to support the expansion. She called on the new recruits to be diligent and fully committed as they strive for excellence in their new job.
