Vacancy: Deputy Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer

The President of ERuDeF informs suitably that in order to consolidate and expand its nation-wide programs and with support from the US and European partners, ERuDeF is seeking to recruit a dynamic candidate to fill the position of its Deputy Executive Director & Chief Operations Officer to be based in Buea.

Suitably qualified candidates should have over 10 years of progressive management experience in senior management positions in an NGO, foundation or government agency, will be a holder of an advanced degree/MBA/MS degree from a leading university, demonstrated track record in fundraising, management of 50+ staff, passionate about ERuDeF mission and impact, ability to work under highly stressful and multiple work environments and meeting multiple deadlines. Knowledge and experience in Cameroon’s government’s forestry and wildlife policies and conservation in Cameroon will be added advantage. The candidate should have a proven record of annual fundraising efforts of over US$100 000, capable of managing permanent pressure, multiple deadlines, successful career in conservation and development programmes,

The annual gross salary will range from US$10000 to US$12000 at the entry level.
