BUSINESS MARKETING SPECIALIST

The president/CEO of the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) informs the general public that in order to consolidate and expand its programs nation-wide, ERuDeF is seeking to recruit a dynamic, ambitious and a visionary candidate to fill the position of a Business Marketing Specialist in its office in Buea.

The prospective candidate should have the following profile:

Master’s degree in Marketing ,Master in Business Administration(MBA) or related field of study, with a minimum two (2) years of working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales. OR

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field, with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales.

Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential.

Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often juggling several projects at once.

Knowledge of monitoring and analyzing market trends.

Capable of exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.

Must have a strong communication, sales and presentation skills.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members.

Should be able to identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them

Should also have strong budgeting, internet and computer skills.

Capable of working and staying in rural areas for long periods.

Should be perfectly bilingual.
