The Forest Gardener is a Happy Farmer

The one who practices forest gardening is a farmer of joy. The farmer who inter-plants his/her crops with agroforestry trees such as acacia, lucaena, tephriosia and calliandra is sure to reap benefits at little cost as when they use chemical fertilizer. His soil gains fertility and the crop yields improve. Furthermore, the forest gardener avoids costly chemical fertilizers and their undesirable side effects.
